Accessibility of the Prikka website

This accessibility statement describes how the Prikka online service complies with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, what shortcomings there are in the accessibility of the service and how you can give us feedback on accessibility problems.
The City of Turku is responsible for the Prikka.fi online service. We want as many users as possible to be able to use our digital services. We take accessibility into account in the development of our digital services.

How accessible is the Prikka.fi online service?

The Prikka.fi site meets in large part the A and AA level accessibility criteria required by law (WCAG criteria 2.1). Prikka.fi contains some accessibility deficiencies, which are described in more detail below.

Content or functions that are not yet accessible:

• The structure and manageability of the service are not fully accessible. The service lacks alternative ways to find a location and the desired content. (WCAG 2.4.5)
• The service contains functionalities and notifications whose status is not adequately communicated to assistive devices or whose role has been incorrectly marked. (WCAG 4.1.2 and 4.1.3)
• Some of the service's functionalities do not work on a keyboard or operate illogically on a keyboard. (WCAG 2.1.1)
• The service contains sections whose programme reading order does not correspond to the graphical presentation order. (WCAG 1.3.2 and 2.4.3)
